Reine Properties LLC was born from a personal experience. Our founder, James Reine, served 12 years in the U.S. Army, including multiple deployments. Throughout his service, he watched countless fellow soldiers and their families struggle with housing instability.
"I remember coming home from deployment to find my family had to move three times in six months because landlords didn't want to deal with the uncertainty of military life," James recalls. "That experience lit a fire in me to do something about it."
In 2020, James combined his military insight with his background in real estate to create Reine Properties—a platform that bridges the gap between military families seeking stability and patriotic landlords who want to honor their service.
